Theodora is an Associate Director at Legal Clinic LLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University in 2014 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015.

Prior to joining Legal Clinic LLC in 2023, Theodora practised litigation at Lee & Lee for over seven years, where she handled civil, commercial and criminal matters across all levels of the Singapore courts. During this time, she also acted for doctors in medical negligence claims, Singapore Medical Council disciplinary proceedings, and Coroner’s Inquiries. In 2022, she led the Healthcare (General Insurance) practice at Marsh (Singapore) Pte Ltd for a year, managing risk and insurance for public and private healthcare institutions.

Theodora now specialises in medical and healthcare law. She advises healthcare institutions, healthcare professionals, and professional indemnity providers on medico-legal, regulatory and risk management matters, and represents clients in mediation and court proceedings. Her notable cases include Singapore Medical Council v Chua Shunjie [2020] SGHC 239 and Cheng Shi Ying Cherissa v Khoo Chong Kiat and Royal Clinics of O&G Pte Ltd [2025] SGHC 53. She also serves on the Management Committee of St Andrew’s Community Hospital and is a Board member of St Andrew’s Mission Hospital.
