Samantha is an Associate Director at Legal Clinic LLC. She graduated from Singapore Management University with an LLB in 2015. She joined Legal Clinic LLC as a trainee in 2016 and was called to the Singapore Bar in the same year.

Samantha specialises in medical and healthcare law. She has extensive experience advising healthcare institutions and medical practitioners on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters, including representing them in mediations, legal and disciplinary proceedings, as well as advising on regulatory issues.

Samantha has appeared before all levels of the Singapore courts. She has acted in several notable cases, including Hii Chii Kok v Ooi Peng Jin London Lucien and another [2017] SGCA 38, Noor Azlin bte Abdul Rahman and another v Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd [2021] SGCA 59 and 111, and Soh Keng Cheang Philip v National University Hospital (S) Pte Ltd [2021] SGHC 243.
